Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days.

My address on my order is incorrect, what should I do?

Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect addresses. While we will try our best to help change your address if your order has not yet been shipped, this cannot be guaranteed as our processing moves very quickly.

If your order has already been shipped, you will be required to wait the full estimated shipping time to see if the order makes it back to us. Any additional reshipment fees will be the buyer's responsibility.

 

Can I make changes to my orders after it has been placed?

We cannot make changes to your order after it has been placed. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checkout. 

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order. For any reason you are not, please contact us within 30 days of order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you have received items that are defective or damaged during transit please contact us with the photo of the item. In any case of resending, we will bear the shipping cost.

RETURN EXEMPTION 
Custom orders, SALE items, and paper goods cannot be returned. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive may be denied, or the amount may be deducted from your return.
